Current Positions
Group Facilitator Canoe Tripping Instructor Sea Kayak Instructor Minimum Requirements Willing to make a year-long commitment to our programme and our kids (minimum two weeks in the summer and one weekend a month throughout the school year) • F-class driver’s license (or willing to obtain) • Standard First Aid and CPR • Bronze Cross • Wilderness Advanced First Aid (for off-site trip leaders only) • Experience working with youth • Strong “soft skills” with an emphasis on facilitation • A love of children

Recommended Experiences
• Canoe-tripping experience, ropes course experience, camp and camp-craft experience, back-pocket games • Experience working in outdoor and experiential settings • Post secondary education in a related field: education, outdoor and experiential education, social work, etc.
