The Trails Staff are trained in the core curriculum and come from a variety of backgrounds. The goal of Trails is to hire qualified and dedicated educators who can make a commitment for a year to work with our student participants.
Our facilitators have knowledge of issues related to young people from an urban environment, are able to build relationships and connections with youth, and have experience working in teaching/leadership roles with young people.
The Trails Staff are comfortable teaching a range of seasonal outdoor activities and possess a spectrum of facilitation and team building skills.
